Oncology Associates


Oncology Associates, PC. requires that you abide by the policy listed below prior to scheduling an appointment to present your product information to our office staff.

1.

Appointments for the Methodist location may be made for a Monday, Wednesday or Thursday. Appointments for the West Dodge location may be made for a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Friday. 

2.

Presentations to the office staff will be in our office lunch room, between 12:00 noon to 1:00 pm. We ask that you complete your presentation by 1:00 pm. Our space is limited and we need to allow employees their breaks without interference.

3.

You will be providing lunch for the office at the time of your appointment. We prefer the food to be consistent with a healthy diet.

4.

We cannot guarantee that a physician will be available on your scheduled appointment date nor can we guarantee that a physician will break from clinic to speak with you. We make every effort to have a physician or midlevel provider available for you to speak to at some point during your visit..

5.

If you are unable to keep your appointment date and time, please notify us as soon as possible.

6.

Bring your product information with you. Abstracts and journal articles of published information are preferred. Also have information on product pricing and insurance reimbursement. Please plan to provide any sample products for patients at the time of your lunch appointment. We will contact you at other times if we need more sample products

7.

Please limit your presentation to ONE pharmaceutical representative. As our space is limited, if more than one representative wishes to attend, indicate who that representative is and why their attendance is necessary in your request for an appointment. .

8.

Unscheduled visits to our office for any reason are discouraged.
