Oncology Associates


Scheduling a lunch appointment occurs through our website at www.oa-pc.com. Oncology Associates, PC. requires that you abide by the policy listed below prior to scheduling an appointment to present your product information to our office staff.

1.

Appointments for the Methodist location may be made for a Mondays and Wednesdays. Appointments for the West Dodge location may be made for Wednesdays or Fridays. 

2.

Presentations to the office staff will be in our office lunch room, between noon and 1:00pm. (one-o'clock) You are required to leave by 1:00 pm, even if you have not completed your presentation.

3.

We cannot guarantee that a physician will be available on your scheduled appointment date nor can we guarantee that a physician will break from clinic to speak with you. We make every effort to have a physician or midlevel provider available for you to speak to at some point during your visit.

4.

You may provide lunch for the office at the time of your appointment. We prefer the food to be consistent with a healthy diet.

5.

If you are unable to keep your appointment date and time, we respectifully ask that you give us 24 hour notice.

6.

Bring your product information with you. Abstracts and journal articles of published information are preferred. We do not discuss product pricing at the time of presentation.

7.

Limit your presentation to one Pharmaceutical Representative. If more than one Representative wishes to attend, indicate who that Representative is and why their attendance is necessary in your request for an appointment.

8.

Please plan to provide any sample products or gifts for patients at the time of your lunch appointment. We will contact you at other times if we need more sample product.


Unscheduled visits to our office for any reason are discouraged.
